Undeletable

Taken about two years ago, well after my "ban on bum shots" pledge. I've never printed or displayed this image but there is something about it - the shined shoe sticking out from the blanket I think - that keeps me from deleting it. I have a lot of "undeletables" enough to make an alternative collection. They have been dragged across several hard drives now, but I can't bring myself to use them or delete them. Some are borderline good others not so much but all impervious to "Del"...

All I can say is nothing because your blog is not interesting to read.

Hey Bongo,
I am glad I got to see you blog. Your street shots are outstanding.

To the Super Lotto Brothers:

I have a suspicion that this is some
sort of robo-spam, but either way the
"l" boys bring up valid points. The blog (any blog) is better when it addresses the topic - in my case SP - and less interesting when it bitches and moans about personal failings.

Don't mind the moaning, especially if it gets you through to the other side, like these. Your street shots often have a sense of the surreal, which is definitely appealing.

I like this photo very much.
Can you explain it from the artist point of view?

Well Anon - there are 3 photos there so I don't know which one you mean.

The last one - there is just something about the way the guy is looking at the mannequin that intrigues me.

The second one, is just the oddness of it all, the weird kind of surreal quality to it...

The first is a homeless man sleeping on a bench with all his belongings - there is a strange quality about the light, and then there is that one shiny shoe sticking out - who could that man be? A failed stock broker??
